Our online form is a convenient way for you to request a medication refill or order food for your pet. Please provide as much detail as possible in your request. We will contact you by phone to confirm your request and text you when your order is ready for pick up.
Please Note:
- Medication refills are subject to the approval by one of our veterinarians.
- For legal reasons we will need to have seen your pet in the past 6 months.
- Please allow 1-2 days for the staff to verify with the veterinarian and prepare the refill.
- Special order medications can take 3-5 days to process.
- There is a charge for all written prescriptions.
- We will not provide medication refills for patients that have not been evaluated by our hospital.
