With the government implementing further restrictions on business operations, we have stepped up our protection measures to keep clients and staff safe.
We will now conduct ‘remote’ consults. When you come for your appointment, we request that you remain outside. A nurse will come to you, collect your pet, obtain the best contact number and take your animal inside to see a vet. The vet will perform an examination and phone you on the provided number to discuss issues and answer questions. Once complete, the nurse will return your pet and bring everything to you to arrange payment.
We still request that you refrain from coming to the clinic if you have:
- Returned from overseas within the last 14 days
- Been experiencing ANY flu-like symptoms
- Been asked to self-isolate
