We endeavour to provide a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both people and their animals. Our system of appointments is designed to reduce waiting times as some animals (and owners) can become distressed if kept waiting too long in overcrowded waiting rooms. All our staff are caring people who make every effort to ensure that your pet’s visit is as stress free as possible.

Our facility will provide the highest quality of professional care for your pets. We have a fully equipped animal hospital and surgery with ultrasound and x-ray on site. Our in-house pathology testing provides quick and accurate diagnosis of many diseases.

We carry many of the common pet foods and medicines for your convenience such as Eukanuba, Science, Frontline, and Advantage.

We pride ourselves on providing your pets with the highest standard of surgical care for your pet.

The Head Surgeon, Dr Peter MacKenzie-Wood, is a very experienced surgeon and ensures all of our procedures are performed to a high standard.

We have all the orthopedic (for fixing broken bones) and soft tissue repair equipment to allow us to perform a large variety of life saving procedures.

Sterility is “Human Hospital” like with our surgeons wearing surgical gloves, hats and masks for all sterile procedures.

We have the latest and safest anesthetic and monitoring equipment available.

Hospital

Our hospital rooms are designed to make your pet’s stay as comfortable and stress free as possible.

The cat hospital is separate to the dog hospital so that our canine friends do no unduly stress the pussy cats.

Pet Services

Puppy School - run by our experienced Veterinarians and Veterinary Nurses, the aim of puppy school is to give you the basics in dog training, socialize your puppy with other puppies and provide you ongoing pet health advice.
Chemotherapy - We run a chemotherapy program designed to prolong and improve the quality of life for our cancer suffering patients.
Emergency Services – phone 9452-2933 - Our afterhours emergency service is provided by Northside Veterinary Hospital at Forestville.
Cattery - We have a very comfortable cattery where you leave you pampered felines when you are away.
Grooming - “Woof to Wow” Pet Spa has a very talented grooming team which can clip, cut and wash your pet precisely to your requirements. We cater for breed specific cuts, general tidy ups and wash and blow dry for pets in Castlecrag and surrounding areas.
